Paul Mallen

Paul has been working as an International Educator for over 25 years. He currently works building teams to promote performance for students, parents and teachers.

Prior to living in Switzerland, Paul spent 17 years in Hong Kong where in addition to being the Director of Sports and Activities at a large private school, he was also the Director of Coaching for the Hong Kong Rugby Union. Paul also coached international and first division rugby teams during his time in Hong Kong.

As both a captain and a Director of Rugby, Paul won both the British Colleges Rugby championships and a Hong Kong First division rugby title. Changing performance culture was imperative for success in both instances.

Paul is currently a board member of SENIA, Switzerland and an NEASC International School accreditor who regularly visits and evaluates schools throughout Europe.

Paul’s Masters degree in Leadership and Management has focussed on how the Central Nervous System supports performance and learning. Quite simply, if you want to promote performance, it is essential to base any planning on the science and neuroscience that underpin how people and groups perform.
